Description
The USAID Sustainable Cultural Heritage Through Engagement of Local Communities Project, implemented by ACOR, supported and participated in a number of special events, high-level meetings, lectures, and conferences from 2014 – 2018. Such events provided opportunities to exchange knowledge, develop and present policies and guidelines, plan collaborations, and strengthen the community of practice around Jordan’s heritage. On December 7, 2017, the Bayt Ras Consortium held a meeting at ACOR, during which SCHEP CHR Development Lead Jehad Haron gave a presentation on the work accomplished by the project so far, using panels specially designed by the SCHEP Communications team.
