Archeological Park (PAP), that aims to rehabilitate and maintain the Siq’s entrance area that suffers from a rocky landscape, and threats of seasonal floods. As Petra Development and Tourism Regional Authority (PDTRA) intends to implement an environmentally friendly shuttle through the park (electric golf carts seating 8) as a means to enhance preservation, enhanced the overall visitor experience and provide safety and protection. The work has been implemented through a Cooperation Agreement between ACOR/SCHEP and PDTRA and Agreement for Services.The rehabilitation and maintenance of the Siq entrance area facilitates the visits to Petra that enhances the visitor's experience and provides safety and protection for pedestrians and the electric vehicles.
