The Madaba Archaeological Park West has seen numerous improvements and changes through the duration of the SCHEP grant cycles which started in 2017 and based on the importance and the expected outcomes and results SCHEP supported the continuation of the project through different grants from 2019-2021. The work mainly focused on different parts such; the entire park area been cleared and kept clean and partially excavated, the late 19th-century settlement has been further articulated and prepared for its role as the ground floor of the proposed new museum, including the consolidation of some of the traditional stone-walled buildings.
