On September 14 - 15, 2020, ACOR USAID SCHEP hosted an Artifact Handling Workshop in partnership with the Madaba Regional Archaeological Museum Project (MRAMP). The workshop was led by Dr. Fatima Marii, with sessions also conducted by Dr. Jack Green, Tamara Dissi, and Dr. Moath Fuqaha. Topics included transporting, packing, and otherwise handling a variety of artifacts in different contexts, and participants had the chance to gain practical, hands-on experience during the workshop. A total of 11 museum professionals from the Department of Antiquities participated and received certificates for their new knowledge and improved capacities.
