In Ghawr as-Safi, ACOR’s USAID SCHEP project supported the establishment of a community-led tourism enterprise in the area, called the Jordan Southern Ghawr Company, which also operates an agritourism business called Safi Kitchen, where visitors can pick and prepare their own local foods.
