This image was taken by the USAID SCHEP Communications team during a visit to Wadi Rum in July 2019. In Wadi Rum, ACOR USAID SCHEP worked with partners including the Community-Based Rock Art and Epigraphic Recording Project (CB-RAER) to develop new tourist trails, in addition to training local community members in evaluating and recording Wadi Rum’s rock art and inscriptions, conducting awareness-raising activities, and other interventions.
