This image was taken by the USAID SCHEP Communications team during a visit to Aqaba in July 2019. In Aqaba, ACOR USAID SCHEP worked with partners including the Royal Marine Conservation Society of Jordan (JREDS) to conduct a number of site development interventions at the archaeological site of Islamic Ayla, in addition to tourism development, capacity building, and awareness-raising activities with local community members.
