Description
On October 26, 2019, ACOR USAID SCHEP signed a new grant agreement with the Busayra Foundation for Cultural Heritage, a local enterprise based in Busayra and headed by Safa’ Rfoah. In 2018, USAID SCHEP helped Safa’ establish the Busayra Foundation with the aim of protecting and promoting Busayra’s heritage and uplifting the local community through awareness activities and employment opportunities. After an initial one-year grant agreement, this new agreement was signed in order to help the foundation expand its activities.
